Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy:

Unopened Items returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund for all Puzzled Gamer customers. 

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• To make returning your item easier, we will email you a shipping label and deduct the return label cost when we process your refund. (Domestic USA Only)

• Puzzled Gamer does not charge a restocking fee.
  

• We only accept Like New, Unopened (in the original shrink-wrap) returns with postage paid. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your return and will be credited without the original shipping charges.

• Damaged/Defective items: Contact us and we will work out a resolution.  We will need the following if the item is damaged:
  - Please explain what is damaged
  - Photos of the damaged item(s)
  - A photo of the outer box with the shipping label intact. This will be forwarded to the shipping courier for a claim to be filed.

• Undeliverable packages: Any package returned as undeliverable to Puzzled Gamer will be refunded less shipping costs to the original method of payment.

• Puzzled Gamer reserves the right to deny refunds on all collectible items if we suspect tampering in any way. 

To maintain integrity, sealed TCG products are not returnable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us.
